Excellent communication. Very professional service.

This plumber is very highly recommended. 5 star recommendation. The job was to plumb in hot and cold water, and plumb in waste on a Belfast sink. Firstly on price. I had 5 plumbers from my builder come and inspect the work and give me quotations. These ranged from £560 to £240 including parts. He quoted me £150 plus parts. He arrived on time. The work took over 3 hours Carried out the work. The work was neat. He is a tidy tradesman. Pleasant and helpful. Charged £10 for parts. £160 in total. I will definitely be using him again. Had some radiator pipes adjusted to fit to a new radiator. Very good work, did the job quickly and did a really good job of checking the radiator system after the work was completed to ensure that boiler was working still and system was full of air. Very pleased with their work and how quick they were is arranging everything.

Great communication and reliable. Turned up when promised. What we thought was a smaller problem turned out to be a bigger job. I was kept informed all the way through the job. Nothing was too much trouble and a part was obtained at a local merchants so the job could be completed in the same day. Good value for money. Highly recommended and will definitely use again if needed.

Ernie responded really promptly to my request and arrived in really good time, a few hours after putting the ad up. It was an unpleasant job for him to do: he needed to unblock a seriously blocked Saniflo toilet but he had a really positive and professional manner and did the job in good time. I would definitely use Flowstar plumbing services again, I was very happy overall with the service provided.
