Dave responded to my advert and came to quote for the job. We agreed a price and he was able to start the work the next day. Dave was highly professional in all our dealings and very easy to work with. He turned up when he said he would and cleaned up after himself. I was extremely impressed with the work that he did which was to an excellent standard, completed in good time and with a minimal amount of disruption and above all a fair price. If I need any further floor sanding done I will definitely contact Dave, and I have recommended him to friends looking for similar work.

Dave sanded our stairs which is no easy task, the finish is excellent and they kept the mess down to a minimum. It was a pleasure to have Dave around the house, he was considerate and cleared up when the job was done

Dave is a very busy man, so it took a while to start the job. Dave communicated any changes necessary. Once a start date was certain, Dave turned up at the time stated, rechecked exactly what he was doing, completed the job and took the money quoted. We are very pleased with the floorboards that were mended. No more squeaking, and boards securely in place. The sanding of the hallways looks lovely and our floors can now be walked on without shoes. Great job, Dave!

We were unsure about getting our floors sanded at first. However we are really pleased with the end result. Our previously old Floorboards look fantastic - we cannot recommend David more highly. He came and inspected the floors in order to quote and explained exactly what was possible and turned up on time to the job itself. We had been warned about the dust that sanding creates but David left the house looking exactly as he found it in terms of cleanliness. He is a hard working and approachable person and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Dave did a brilliant job restoring our old parquet flooring in the kitchen and hallway. I'd recommend him to anyone who want's their old flooring brought back to life.
