    Sanding and finishing Victorian floorboards
    We were really pleased with David's work! David got the job done in good time and even had to fix a slight issue with the floor with no fuss made. David is honest and personable and gave us a good price to sand our original Victorian floorboards. I highly recommend David to anyone.

    Sand wooden floors- dining room and hallway
    100% would recommend Dave he was brilliant! He restored the colour of my wooden floors to the original lighter shade with a matt finish. Job was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Super tidy and easy to communicate with. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

    Sanding wooden floor
    David was absolutely fantastic in rescuing my damaged wooden floor by the other builder, I deeply regret not meeting him before. Along his professionalism, he is an extremely punctual and an amazing person to deal with. I will definitely use only his service in a future and would recommend to everyone who needs to have their wooden floor done in a highly professional way.     Wood floor refurb
    Dave was fantastic to work with, and did a beautiful job with the old floors in my flat. They look great now. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. The price was good, Dave is friendly and professional, and the quality of the work was excellent

    parquet flooring refurb
    David was absolutely superb to deal with . He worked very professionally and did an amazing job refurbishing my parquet flooring . I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring he services . Great value for money . Thank you david was a pleasure dealing with you and for putting up with the painters at the same time , to be honest even the painters said how impressed they where with how you worked .definitely will be using you again once the extension is completed .satish

    old pine floor refurbishment
    My living room had a wonky old pine floor that had been in need of a professional sanding for about ten years. I had put the job off fearing it would be a complete nightmare but eventually hired Dave through mybuilder a couple of weeks ago. The result is a revelation – it looks like I've had a new floor installed. Dave's way of working meant far less disruption and mess than I had imagined. And, as well as being a complete pro, he is a very pleasant, courteous, no-nonsense bloke. I should have called him years ago. Thanks Dave.
