I saved money by choosing to varnish it myself. He sanded the floor, repaired missing tiles and filled all the gaps. It looks like new. He and his colleague tidied up afterwards. Restored the floorboards in our bedroom - replaced damaged ones, sanded, varnished and finished to a high standard. Turned up on time, trustworthy and we were happy to leave Dave with a key. Thoroughly nice chap and cannot recommend highly enough.
