We employed Dean to change our sink and tap in the kitchen and outside tap, as we had no water pressure. As well as the toilet needed looking at. Dean was a very thorough worker, he was very interactive and we got on well. He needed to come back to complete the work due to parts not available (fault of our own) but kept in regular contact. Overall we are happy customers. Time keeping wasn't the strongest as other jobs ran over but always in contact to keep us updated. Two weeks gone by, no leaks so all is good. Getting Dean back soon for our boiler service. Would recommend.

We hired Dean at quite short notice, we went back and forward with him working out our needs, he came Saturday morning on his day off as I explained it was an URGENT ASAP JOB, arrived nice and early and got cracking with the job. Very professional, tidy workman cleans each room as he goes, took all rubbish away. Provided his Gas Safe badge before starting the work. Also very friendly and chats away while working. Will have him back in the next few weeks when we start finishing work at the rear extension when complete. I would gladly recommend Dean to anyone who wishes to have a hassle free project big or small. 10 out of 10 from me.

Dean responded quickly to my job, visited to give a price, and came round to do it very quickly. He is a lovely chap and is very friendly and did a really good job. He has ID to show his qualifications/ safety registration and his price seemed just right and very reasonable for the job. I would recommend him to others and will be using him again for any plumbing jobs. Great stuff!!! We are pleased to have found a really good plumber!
