Sam has done an absolutely wonderful job. I was most impressed indeed. I am a landlord with a small portfolio of properties in PE3. Sam responded ever so swiftly to my ad and was able to swiftly follow through and meet his promised time-lines. His work was to a high standard and was priced reasonably. He kept me updated with progress via text and even sent me photos as he completed each job. The jobs included cutting back a tree, clearing leaves, cutting back an over grown hedge, replacing and repairing decking and fencing, lawn mowing and a general garden tidy-up. He appeared to know the area well and was comfortable with hopping from property to property. I would most definitely recommend ,and use, him again.
