The extra mile WOW Wayne responded very quickly and was punctual on his arrival, he first gave me advice on a carpet repair in a rented Studio Flat. He helped me when phoned a local carpet shop in Sparkhill where the same standard of carpet was only £75.00. The cost to repair was £40.00 To fit a new carpet was £ 50.00 With a new carpet costing so low it was cost effective to buy a new carpet and not repair he then drove me to a carpet warehouse where their was a mass of styles to chose from even under a limited budget. I sourced a carpet at £85.00: better quality than my original. Paid for the Carpet Direct using a Credit Card which was helpful as I never had the cash on me: receipt was given, returned, removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet to a very high standard. No extra charge for all of the above just the fitting fee of £50.00 total cost £135.00. I was quoted the day before on a new carpet @ £350.00 for a carpet which much looked the same. I would definatly hire again and would highly recommend. Thanks Wayne!
