He was very clear about his existing work schedule making it easy for us to find a time and date to suit both of us. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Review left on 18 Jul 2017Rating: 5 out of 5Missing Keys to locked double glazing bedroom windowsLeading up to the agreed date work was to take place, communication with Steve was of the highest order, photos were exchanged of the effected windows that needed remedying. Steve explained diligently what work and how he will it carry out. On the day itself Steve arrived, he is a Wizard of his craft. Changed the locks on the windows that haven't been open for years. Fresh air entered the room which was liberating to say the least. Steve had some really hands on advice about security and safety. Steve also amended our front door lock which was being a little cumbersome. Within moments of the work and handover being complete, we forwarded Steve's details to other family and friends who are experiencing similar issue and have been in communication and have booked his services.
