    House,2 roof tile batheroom vents. Source and fitting.

    James did a quick, hassle-free job of finding the right vents for my roof and came back on a later date to fit them for a reasonable price.

    Tile replacement.

    James did an excellent job, despite the problem of our roof being a lot deeper than normal. He has also done a very high standard job redoing a flat roof for us. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good, competent job done.

    Roof tiles missing & a mortar refresh to porch.

    3 chimneys in need of caps

    Repoint/lead flashing repair.

    Initial delay due to Covid 19 and then poor weather, however James kept in touch via text throughout. Lead work now complete and site left tidy. Great tradesmen, would recommend James to anyone.

    Chimney repair and roof repair

    James was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful went above and beyond to put our roof and chimneys into a condition that would last for years.
