From my experience of the work he carried out for me, Russ is a conscientious and diligent professional who does a hard day's graft for a fair quote. As well as completing the work competently and promptly, he was happy to keep me informed and updated as to its progress, tidied up at the end and even gave me some helpful advice as to subsequent care and maintenance. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I initially shortlisted then hired Russ a) because he had the most reasonable rates and b) during his initial visit he gave the impression of being the diligent and reliable gardener I so desperately needed after being 'ripped off' by unscrupulous gangs on several occasions. After Russ gave me his quote and was leaving he noticed the remains of a felled tree littering the top end of the garden. I explained that it had been left there by one of the aforementioned gangs. Unprompted, Ross offered to remove it at no extra cost. On the agreed day he turned up on schedule and before getting to work went through the job itinerary with me. There was a few minor tasks that I'd forgot to mention but he was more than willing to include them; again at no extra cost. Russ was there the best part of a day and did a marvellous job. Before leaving he tidied up, then bagged up and removed all the waste, including the remains of the felled tree, leaving my rather large garden looking spick and spam. He was pleasant and easy to communicate with and more than willing to go the extra distance if the job required it. What more could you ask for?

Russ did a great job. Hedge looks great. Cleaned up fab after the job. Really friendly. Great price. Would definitely recommend.
