The work was carried out as requested by a young trainee under instructions.It only required pruning a high hedge .They did what I asked them to do and were friendly and keen to please.In view of the fact the work was done by a trainee (who was doing his very best with the right attitude under instructions) the price was still not cheap but the final work was quite good overall.My main criticism was the clearing which was very approximate.Could have been a lot better. Would probably use them again

John and his team have been absolutely brilliant on a very tricky job. The job was done on time and on budget. The site was left clean and clear. The thing that sets them apart was their calm, friendly attitude. They had to negotiate around various neighbours gardens and really helped to reduce a very stressful situation. Recommended to all.

John and team did a good job in tidying up my garden and removing some overgrown conifers. Finished the job on time and tidied up before leaving. Will call him again.

We had quite a few trees come down during the recent storm. Rather than quote based on a site visit, John asked me to send some photos and provided a competitive quote. He turned up a week later to carry out the work, but then said that he needed to come back another day as he would need a larger chain saw. I contacted him a few times but did not receive any response. I suspect that he felt that the job was too large to take on. I wish he had just been direct about this rather than saying he would come back and then ignoring my messages.

I cannot speak highly enough of John & his team, the work was done professionally and proficiently, nothing was too much to ask of them and they cleaned up after themselves Everyone of the team was polite and respectful and answered every question, even a neighbour who encountered them said how polite they all were.
