It took Evander almost 3 month to fix my window. First they estimated the damaged wrongly, then changed wrong part, then ordered wrong part, then one person turn up for work instead of two. You need to wait about two weeks to get the appointment and the offer only daytime weekday's ones. The price they offered me was very reasonable and they did not rise it after realizing the damaged was bigger then originally estimated, nor lower it after making mistakes. Cheaper than a local glazer, and very professional. All communication was efficient, and they even contacted me to say they had overcharged and would recompense my account immediately.
