Fraser from ERS Roofing initially visited the property to provide a quote for the job I advertised. He communicated well in advance of his visit, and arrived on time on the day, was friendly and very knowledgable on his trade - he was the first to propose a solution for the drain that get getting blocked on the flat roof. We arranged a date and he and his team arrived to get the job completed before rain that was forecast started later that day. The job was completed efficiently. He supplied photographs of the before and after showing the work carried out and provided a 2 year guarantee for the work. I would recommend ERS Roofing as Fraser was polite, friendly, diligent and got the job done efficiently. He clearly is a business man who wants his company to do well and it shows (I’ve dealt with rude, non communicative tradesmen in the past). It just makes the whole experience of property maintenance/repair less stressful!

Turned up on time and completed the work in one day together with pictures showing progress and completion. Friendly and accommodating. Good experience and would use again.
