Paul responded very quickly, and gave a written quotation, NOT an estimate.This immediately impressed as so many tradesmen only seem to be prepared to give estimates which is not acceptable to ourselves, nor should it be to other people.My partner is a tradesman and he always gives quotations.We accepted Paul's quotation and again he responded very quickly to undertake the work.He installed a security system , new consumer unit ,testing of all circuits, new sockets,outside sockets including taking up of the garden flags in order to lay the cable, and new light fittings supplied by us.
He worked extremely hard, not taking the breaks a lot of tradesman do,he is polite and his charges are in line with what one would expect from a qualified electrician( prepared to crawl under floors !).He undertook at the same time rerouteing TV cables for which he did not charge extra.The NICEIC cert arrived the day after the work was complete.
