Very pleased with Craig's and Embarks performance, very helpful, courteous, communication was good, turned up when he said he would and did a great job - would recommend to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Craig - from start to finish he was professional, friendly and a great communicator. He left the site spotless each day and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again - I've even recommended him to friends and family, who have also booked work with him. Fantastic!

Very pleased with Craig's work. It was not easy because all parts of a very large messy shrub had to come through the house! All furniture which might have been knocked was moved out of the way, and every dropped leaf and twig was cleaned up - in the garden, in the house and even on the road! I can now see the bottom two-thirds of my garden from my house again! Now to put in new plants in the large area of the garden overshadowed for so long! Craig and his assistant were both very pleasant to deal with and I thoroughly recommend him for any tree work you need doing!

Never seen 1 man work so hard all day. Arrived at 8am and finished at 5:30pm. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

Over the moon with results. The job was awkward. Oak branches at an angle in off grid , remote location. Couldn't use cherry picker. Had to climb up and deal with a bees nest as well. The branches were a danger to barn roof and were removed carefully and without damage to the barn roof. Professional, skilled and qualified tree surgeons. Also very tidy cleaned up mess afterwards, and neatly stacked logs in barn . Highly highly recommended will use in the future .

Craig did an excellent job in cutting down a very tall Christmas tree and a massive Acer for us, at a very fair price. He was skillful, methodical, well organised and extremely tidy. He was patient and good humoured in explaining things to us as he went along' He took all the timber and foliage away, except for some small logs which we chose to keep for our fire pit, and he cleaned up thoroughly after he'd finished. A highly professional job by someone who obviously takes great pride in his work.
