Craig was absolutely brilliant. He organised the quote effectively, liaised with my tenant and even chatted with my neighbour. Feedback from my tenant was that Craig was a really friendly and welcome presence. I can confirm Craig worked incredibly hard for two full days and left everywhere he had worked clean and tidy. He also sent me pictures of before and after the work and made good use of calling and texting as appropriate to keep in touch about the job. In terms of work, Craig removed a few medium sized problem trees, trimmed and tidied all the bushes surrounding the back garden, including effectively hard pruning a large fast growing shrub. He also removed intrusive lower and higher branches from some taller trees and cleared encroaching greenery away from paths and parking spaces. It’s hard to find good reliable tree surgeons and I can wholeheartedly recommend Craig as one of the good ones. 11/09/2020.

Craig and Matt seemed nice enough so off to work I went, I was quoted £1000 for 2 days work, I came back 5 hrs later, seemed trees were cut all on one side , the trunks were cut to beneath roofline which was great but the branches were left much too long still overhanging my neighbours garden.Craig suggested that the wood chip would look good spread over back garden but was left all blown up against back of garage, also wouldn’t give me a receipt and our txts went back and forth for at least 2 months when I gave up, don’t think his reviews can be real, I payed for 2 days work, fed them cheese on toast, didn’t return next day, I had to pay someone else to spread wood chip and being a pensioner I expected better.

I am very happy with the end result, Craig is a very hard worker, the tree was huge and the trunk had split into 2 but Craig took it down very efficiently and tidied up after. I have already had him come back to do another large tree and thoroughly recommend him.

We initially employed Craig to cut down a tree for us, however we were so impressed with his service, his professionalism and his price, that not only has he undertaken further work for us, but we have also recommended him to our neighbours who have also utilised his services. Craig is an affable and trustworthy trader, who appears to take great pride in the work that he does; this is then reflected in the outcomes - as we now have amazing sea views! We have already arranged for Craig to come back to undertake further work for us and we would not hesitate to highly recommend his services.
