Charlie was Rude and yelling when we discussed that matter. I will never hire again and will not recommend them to anyone.Answer from tradesperson:
Misunderstanding was that this client thought that my business was a charity as wanted more work done that wasn’t mentioned in the written quote. I wasnt rude I just make it clear that we only do what is stated on the quotation. Which is pretty standard for all businesses

Review left on 4 Mar 2019Rating: 5 out of 5Remove 1 dead tree, Trim another.Charlie turned up on time and made light work of the removal of a dead tree (20 ft), stump grind and cutting back another garden holly bush that had gotten out of control. His price and overall comms were excellent, he tidied up and completely ground out the original stump/root of the tree so that I can plant something new in it's place. I was really pleased with the job he did and the speed at which he worked. Would certainly recommend him and use again.
