Not entirely true, I accidentally scraped a kitchen corner as I had to cut the wood so tight around a kitchen unit and then couldn’t get it back out again... it was a very small mark and I completely forgot to mention it to the home owner and then subsequently completely forgot about it as it didn’t seem much of a problem at all. We’re only talking about a scratch that is no bigger than a centimetre in size. When homeowner text me about it three weeks later I owned up, apologised and said I’d forgot to mention it to them. I agreed to give partial refund if silicone didn’t cover it, this is how small we are talking. Never heard anything back from homeowner except for this negative feedback another 3-4 weeks later! I went above and beyond for this customer, fitting a huge amount of wood in one day for them, working around washing machine, table, two large fridge freezers and other stuff (all without charge) so I could get it done for them, I just think he could have communicated with me instead of leaving bad feedback, some customers have very short memories!
