John was brilliant! Turned up within 2 hours of the job being posted. Job wasn't as straight forward as 1st thought but it was done to an amazingly high standard. I cannot recommend John enough, thank you!

John arrived and was so polite and eager to help, my door is a very old alluminum double glazed, he took a look and wasn't sure if it could be done but he spent 2 hours stripping down the lock and rebuilding it with parts from another lock, for which I was immensely grateful. I would definitely use John again. He took the time to explain the problem and what he had done. I had already had a man out that morning who looked and said I needed a new door then walked away I'm glad he did, as I can't fault Johns work. Thank you.

Replacement of a faulty lock in UPVC front door. John attended very promptly after I'd placed the original request on Rated People at about 5pm. He stayed until the work was satisfactorily completed, leaving at bout 7pm. Completely satisfied with the standard of work, service and price. Would definitely recommend to others.
