    Electrical safety certificate
    Nadeem is very professional. He arrived on time, thoroughly checked the Fusebox and wirings, and fixed problems. Highly recommended.

    Cooker Hood Extractor Fan Replacement
    Brilliant price and excellent service. Highly recommended. Nadeem and team was that good installing the fire hood extractor unit that I asked him to do my outdoor lighting. Also I will be asking him to come at a later date when I buy my interior light. Nadeem was on time, cleaned up after himself and always kept me updated. Thanks Nadeem and team.

    Replacing switches sockets and ceiling lights
    Amazing work and affordable price definitely I recommend him for any type of electrical work. I will call him for CCTV installation.

    Electric certificate for 3 bed flat
    I am very happy with his service. He was very polite and booked appointment for next day and came on right time. He was very professional and through with his job and explained everything. He sent his Invoice and Electric Certificate via email as promised on the same evening. I would recommend him definately and would also use him in future too. thanks

    Electric Hob & Oven Fault
    Nadeem came 2 hours late without informing us that he will be arriving late. We had to call him to find out why he was delayed and we had to ask him what time he will come, he was not forthcoming about it. He clearly stated there will be no call out charge, but without communicating with us first what work he will do and check that we're happy for him to carry out any work, he unplugged the oven and then charged us £50 for it. We paid him in panic of our tenant's safety and felt obliged to pay as we were not at the property ourselves and could not see what he had actually done. In hindsight, he misled us and we paid £50 for a task we hadn't agreed to. He was not professional or punctual. We feel conned. Would not use him again.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi there I really sorry your not happy with my service. I gave you evening time and you told me that your tenant will open the door. I understand I was late and we are in contact through tests message and calls. As your oven was short circuit and your tenant told me she got electric shock and this morning and she is still feeling pain in her left hand. During my visit I did inspection and testing and found your oven was fault and has current. Your consumer box is not rcd protected and it is 20 years old. For your tenant life and your property safety I discounted the oven but before that I formed you. I charged you as I did inspection and testing. I open both isolators and feed sockets. I spent 1:20 minutes and for disconnection and inspection I charged you £50 which is quite fair. Again I have to informed your tenant that your appliances are fault and you will not use it again. Once again sorry

    Dimmer switch x 2 needs replacing
    Excellent work , no issues arrived on time and the job was done to a high standard .
