We were very fortunate that Jason responded to our job request. He recognised the simple nature of the fault and was willing to provide an upfront no-nonsense quote which he honoured accordingly. Jason was clear in his communication throughout, letting us know when the job he was currently working on would be completed and showed up at the time he said he would. Once he was finished with the work, Jason took the extra time to highlight a few potential issues we should be mindful of in future. Thank to this attention to detail and client service, we would not hesitate to call on Jason's services again should the need arise.

Commissioned Jason to conduct an electrical wiring check in my house which is rented to tenants. Jason contacted the tenants himself to arrange a convenient time, and they reported that he was punctual, and everything left in good order. He responded quickly and efficiently to my queries, and sent the relevant paperwork and certificate. I was, however, disappointed that Jason was unable to carry out the work that he identified as needing to be done, as I now have to find another electrician. He explained that there was quite a lot of work needed in difficult-to-access places. On reflection, I might have been better going for a bigger company to begin with.

Jason did a great job for us. He's on time, professional, helpful and very friendly. He even help me fixed on of the light in bedroom which is not part of job description at all. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again in future.
