He carried out the EICR inspection with professionalism while providing me with valuable tips and advice. The report was then generated within acceptable time limits. He also fitted 4x ceiling light bodies and changed 4x electrical switches in no time, like it was child's play. Later on the same day, after Jason had left, I found out that one of the dimmer switches didn't work well with that particular light body (it was buzzing and blinking, because of the low voltage and poor quality dimmer switch - entirely my fault for overlooking this). I contacted him to report the issue and he got back to me promptly providing simple instructions, which I followed and managed to change the dimmer switch to a brand new standard one myself. End of the day, I got everything I wanted (if not more) at the agreed price and also learnt something new. What else can a client want? Would hire/recommend Jason without hesitation if/when needed. In my experience in London they rarely turn up on time and when they do you've got to watch them like a hawk. Jason was incredibly professional, was an absolute perfectionist where his work is concerned and gave an incredibly reasonable quote for the job. I will 100% be using Jason again and have already recommended him to a neighbour. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with Jason
