Jason was flexible in timing, arrived promptly and got to the root of the problem with my light not working quickly. I'd hire him again.

Thanks to his vigilance I was able to get my central heating installers (job had just then been finished) to bond the meter, which is a legal requirement. Jason issued a certificate stating "Unsatisfactory" until the bonding had been done and he had seen pictorial evidence of same and a "Satisfactory" Certificate was issued without any fuss or delay.
