Well what can I say.. James and Wayne have done an absolutely amazing job! Leading up to the installation I asked a million questions about stoves, hearths and chambers and they responded to me promptly giving me plenty of advice. They arrived on time and worked non stop all day. I gave them ideas of how I would like the finished look and they did exactly what I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. They were hard working, polite and professional. They worked as such a great team ...each doing their bit, they knew each other and the job so well I just knew my home was in good hands. My stove looks amazing, they have transformed my living room. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Honestly if you are thinking of having a stove fitted..trust me.. these are the guys for the job!

James arranged everything beforehand and wasn't deterred by the potential difficulties of the job. We needed our chimney in the loft supported with gallows. The loft has a very small opening, no boards and no lighting, but he reassured me that he could do it. My husband was at home today and James came with his colleague. They were both very friendly and approachable, explaining everything clearly. They got straight to the job. They discovered that our roof beam was also unsupported and fixed it for us as well as doing a great job making the chimney safe. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Absolutely outstanding service from this company. I cannot praise them enough for the stove installation that they carried out. It is not the cleanest of jobs to be done but did their very best to keep the mess confined to one room. They worked tirelessly from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy contractor. We have had James and Wayne from ecotech replace our existing fireplace yesterday 28/9/15. They have done a fantastic job, it really is better than we could have imagined. There were all sorts of quirks (as there will be with any fireplace replacements I would guess) and the team really did pull out all of the stops to first of all make sure we were happy and that the job was done properly. We had an old marble fireplace and open fire. We now have a huge opening, proper 15 year guaranteed flew, with a stone hearth, agean stone fire surround and Dunsley stove. Not only does our fireplace look absolutely fantastic, it was great to see skilled professionals turn a rubble of mess into a room making feature (fireplace fit for a castle according to Wayne). They work very hard and really do go Above and beyond. The price was also more than reasonable. I will be recommending ecotech to my nearest and dearest - and you can't say better than that. Thanks guys. I look forward to many years appreciating the hard work you put into creating this amazing fireplace. Very glad to have met you.
