Originally we didn't select ecotech for the job as we didn't appreciate that they would travel to our address from their base over 70 miles away. However, having then been contacted directly by James after I posted the job, we were really pleased with the quality and overall experience from ecotech. Having checked their credentials and visited their showroom we were offered a two day installation date within a few weeks of agreeing what we were looking for. First class fitters and excellent customer care - excellent value for money. Would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a solid fuel fire installed Thank you for a great job!

We used ecotech to install 3 stoves we’d already purchased online. They installed them superbly, within a couple of weeks. They left no mess and am happy to recommend.

James and his assistant were punctual, polite, affable and approachable. They certainly knew what they were about, and completed the job, as promised, quickly, carefully, and with a minimum of mess and disturbance. Once they left, you couldn't tell they had been. The whole process was easy for me, with excellent (and very quick) communication before submission of a firm quote, which was far more reasonable than I had been led to expect. Ecotech are highly recommended by me.
