Review left on 3 Mar 2020Rating: 5 out of 5Install a Hobbit 4kw multifuel burner in my lounge.Without doubt, a very professional, reliable and trustworthy firm. Wayne and James kept me informed throughout... The lads that fitted the stove, Dave and James were professional, respectful of the property and polite... The work took all day, the lads were on the roof in a snowstorm, it didn't effect their mood or work. I was delighted with the work. The work was done on a Friday... Monday morning I rang Wayne and told him that I'd found an airline crack in the stove... I was very concerned. Wayne put my mind at rest and the lads were here first thing Tuesday morning to swap the damaged stove for another new one, no quibbles at all. Happy to be of service... Splendid job, great lads. I would highly recommend this firm... They did everything to the book and kept to their word. No complaints from me... and I know I can trust them to do a good job when the time comes to service the stove... I had the Henley Eden fitted, great little stove.
