Replace 1 leaking TRV, ground floor.
Great communication and able to fit in the job really quickly. Confirmed my diagnosis and supplied & replaced the TRV for reasonable price in excellent time, also with minimum movement of pipes (kept the necessary disturbance at the least visible end of the radiator!) Would use Sam again if & when necessary.

Replace kitchen tap
Turn up on time courteous and quickly solved a tricky situation. Fitted new kitchen tap in timely fashion. Do not hesitate to hire.

Faulty shower - fixed or upgraded
Fitted me a new shower without any problems. Was flexible in timings and worked around my availability. Would recommended for future work.

Sourcing and fitting of a new radiator
Sam did a great job from start to finish. Communication from start to finish was spot on and Sam was flexible around dates and start time. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again.

Repair to bath tap
Posted a job to fix a tap on Friday morning, Sam responded straight away, called as soon as I shortlisted him and came out the next day at the time agreed to do the job. Pleasant guy, decent price, tided up after himself and no messing around with times etc. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam

Leaking toilet cistern and slow fill toilet cistern
Quickly responded and worked non stop. because the toilet is a modern encased one Sam had to dismantle the whole thing, he found the leak replaced the part and fixed the leak. The slow fill was easy for him to fix. Thank you Two washers, two nuts and two screws left over which I'm puzzled about.

Toilet has got small leak
