Arrived when he said and completed the works quickly and with minimum of fuss

Came round and did everything he said he would and was happy to put up with the very hard to find water mains tap out the front, even when he had to get rid of the water with a cup. Would recommend and it will use again for future tap replacements and plumbing work. Thanks Sam

Quick, efficient, punctual and let me know when he was on his way. He initially thought the job couldn’t go ahead because of nature of pipework; however he overcame problem and quickly fitted the outdoor tap. I was surprised it was mounted so high on the wall, but as I’m definitely no plumber, just accepted that this was the only possible outcome. I would have liked it to be lower. Sam clearly knows what he is doing. I wish he’d have cleared up the brick dust which was in a pile in my bathroom and on the path outside. However, if you don’t mind clearing up after your tradesperson then I’d certainly recommend him.
