When I write feedback I always aim to be fair and only deal in facts. Sam was very responsive once the job was posted and arranged to visit my parents house the following day between 3/4. at 5pm I receive a call from my parents stating he hadn't turned up, I called Sam and he said he had been delayed on a job, this happens, but communication to your customers is a must.
To his credit he went straight to my parents house but for some strange reason did not have the required radiator with him, even though we discussed what was required the day before. He went to get the needed radiator and then proceeded to fit. Sadly this is now going into the evening and wasn't ideal for my parents.
The job was done to an ok standard, I believe the radiator was fitted and then had to be moved due to the door not shutting.
In a nut shell, would we use him again, sadly not. But as I said, I aim to be fair and it looks like Sam has a lot of positive feedback, maybe this was just an off day.
