Liam responded quickly to the post about the work, and came around that evening to have a look at what was required and give me a quote. As promised, he arrived the following day to carry out the works. I was at work, so he took photos of the problem, and then further photos showing the work in progress and at completion so I could see what he'd done. He tidied up after himself leaving my garden as clean as it was when he started. I would have no problem in recommending Liam and Eastbourne Roofing to friends.

Job turned out to be harder than expected; price was very reasonable and delivered at speed with quality. Great communication throughout!

We hired Liam to work on this job and another roofing job we'd posted here to the My Builder website. This job was lots of small issues here and there which needed fixing on the property such as: bay window flashing, new guttering install, current guttering re-aligning, fascias needing re-fixing, extension roof needed new flashing where the extension roof pitch butts up against the main building and ridge tiles needed pointing as it had all come away. With all the bits and pieces that needed doing and bad weather coming in for the day, Liam was on the job as early as possible and working to beat the weather (which he kept track of weather reports since the night before to make sure he could do the ridge pointing). He prioritised perfectly what needed doing first-to-last and completed all the work in a whirlwind two hours! He was even so kind as to muck out the already existing guttering for us, put on an extractor fan hood and remove a rusty satellite dish while he had his ladders out as he appreciated we couldn't do those things ourselves. A very hard working, pleasant and cheerful guy who goes above and beyond to please his customers, very affordable and competent in his work. Any future roofing jobs we have Liam will be our first point of call.

Liam of Eastbourne Roofing was brilliant to work with from start to finish. After getting in-touch he was round the very next day at a time that suited us to come look at the problem with the roof. While inspecting the issue he took pictures so once off the roof we could see for ourselves where the problem was. Once he'd left he headed straight to the building merchants to price up materials and within an hour we had a quote. His price incl. materials & labour was very reasonable and two days later he was over to do the job. Despite us not being able to be there when he started he was happy to get right to the job (and so were we) and again, step-by-step he catalogued his work in pictures for us to see when it was completed. We highly recommend Liam as he is very friendly, competent, reasonably priced and works amazingly fast. We were so impressed we asked him to work on another roofing job for us at a different property and we'll definitely be keeping his contact details short-listed for any future work.

Amazing company - I whole heartedly recommend this chap! Liam is friendly, approachable, honest and clearly extremely dedicated to his and his Dad's company. He contacted me within an hour of my shortlisting, arranged a time that suited me to come and view the job, identified the number of issues I had and gave me a very reasonable quote. He arranged a time that suited me, and was happy with how I wished for him to access the property. He completed the job whilst I was out, kept in touch with me throughout his work, sent photographs of the job, and informed me of unexpected issues. He fixed more than what he needed to for a very reasonable price, and fixed it to a high standard. He's a great guy, a keen worker and clearly loves his job! I l have already recommended him to a family member, and will not hesitate to contact him again should I need my roof fixing!

It was decided in the end to replaced the roof rather than repair it. Liam and his team from Eastbourne Roofing did a neat job to a high standard at a very good price. Not only did Liam strip and recover the roof but he also straightened sections where the rafters were out of line. The roof now looks excellent. You will probably find photos of the job on their website. I will definitely use Liam and Eastbourne Roofing for any future work.
