I highly rate Dave and respect him for the honest advice he gave me. From researching my job to Dave coming to look at what I needed was 2 days! He initially made contact pretty much straight after I’d sent my job details to five tradespeople and we arranged for him to come round a couple of days later; communication was clear to me and excellent. On the day Dave was on time, a reliability I like and he was thorough in his investigation of what I needed asking relevant questions when required. After some deliberation and exploration of the problem he advised me that I didn’t have a leak and that he didn’t need to carry out any work today. This honesty was much appreciated and I would 100% contact Dave and Eastbourne Home Improvements for other work I need doing in the house and outbuildings of my property. I was confident of his expertise, knowledge and professionalism. To top all this off Dave is a genuinely nice person and was friendly and respectful of me and my property at all times. I would absolutely recommend Dave and the team to others and am extremely happy with my experience.

Nothing was too much trouble for Dave and Colin including two other jobs besides the cladding I had wanted done. They were polite cheerful characters and never complained once when I kept asking questions and getting in their way, the icing on the cake was that their pricing for the jobs was very fair and competitive.

Dave was brilliant. Arrived on time, was thorough and informative. Measured up, gave a 3 week lead time and completed 2 days earlier and in no time at all. We were very pleased with the job of double glazed window replacement, in the same frosted pattern which had misted. Charming gent; will definitely use again for any other handyman jobs.

I was kept fully informed about changes to the date, and the reason for the change. Workers arrived promptly at the revised time. Workers were polite and conscientious. Everything tidied up nicely on completion. I am very pleased with the completed work, and happy that I no longer have a "waterfall" down my kitchen window each time it rains, Would thoroughly recommend Dave and his co-worker to anyone, and would happily use them again.

We could not be more pleased with the work Dave and his team did for us. Everything about the job has been above and beyond what we expected. Really great work, communication and time keeping. I would definitely use them again for future work. 100% recommend.

Dave arrived today - after last nights telephone conversation - and rectified the problem without the need to replace any parts. he was friendly fast and efficient and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
