I cannot praise Darren highly enough. From the first quote, all through the work to completion what really stands out is his excellent people skills and communications. He listened and understood exactly what I wanted, was never patronising and after many discussions I knew I could trust him to make decisions in my absence. He gave me regular updates of how the work was progressing. His quote and time frame proved to be within acceptable limits. The refurbishment has been complimented by all who have seen it - he really did an excellent job. I could not fault how clean, tidy and considerate he, and all his fellow workers were. Working on an empty house that, and the security of the property was one of my concerns. I needn't have worried, Darren ensured that the house was always properly secured and took measures to divert attention from it being an empty house. The neighbours reported that he was there EVERY day, often for 9+ hours and did his utmost to limit the inconvenience to them. He arranged all the paperwork and certification I needed for my first rental property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren.
