We didn't have a very good start to this job due to the awful rain, but Ben & Charllie recruited a couple of other colleagues to help strip the old flat roof off quickly - enabling them to make the living space watertight before the heavens opened again. They did encounter a couple of unforseen problems, but doggedly returned until they were solved to our satisfaction - ignoring the obstacle of a hyper Jack Russell intent on taking chunks out of Ben's leg. Would definitely recommend Dwenger roofing - just ensure you have plenty of coffee and don't mind the Liverpool and Chelsea FC bias from Ben & Charlie respectively - humorous and pleasant to have around!

We hired Ben of Dwenger Roofing Contractor's because he came recommended by others on My Builder. When he came to give a quote (which was very fair and which he stuck to inspite of complications) he was punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had to have the roof re-tiled before solar panels could be installed as our tiles had an asbestos content. Ben has worked tirelessly with the solar panel company to make all aspects easy for us - though not necessarily for himself. He arranged for the scaffold (with extra requirements to satisfy the solar company), and also for the waste skip and the toxic waste skip for the asbestos tiles. All deliveries were on time and all work went to schedule. He finished last week and did a thorough and neat and tidy job and was a pleasure to have around. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Very pleased to have found Ben! He inspired confidence right from the start with his attitude and knowledge. The job was completed neatly, without fuss and for a good price. My only concern is that when I need him to do my main roof he will be too busy after all this good feedback! ;-) Will def use him in future.... Nigel.

Very good and professional throughout. I was totally impressed with Ben (and his assistant John) . As it was the internet, I wasn't quite sure who I would get. However, I had no need to worry as he has the right attitude, and is competitive and fair, and just gets on with the job (communication excellent throughout) . Many thanks to both of you.

I'm very pleased with the way Ben handled this work, from the initial quote he kept me informed; set dates for the work and completed the work by these dates. He has shown good honesty and integrity in the professional manner he has tackled the job and his interaction with me as a customer. The job was finished well and all materials were cleared away from the site. It is good to find tradesmen who have these qualities.
