Whilst we received quotes from other companies, what really impressed us about DW Brickwork was how friendly, down to earth, organised, genuinely helpful, organised and straightforward Dean was. Dean didn’t actually visit our property to give a quote, pictures and videos were sent instead and Dean quoted from that. His price was reasonable and not over inflated like some other quotes that we received (we have friends who work on the industry, so knew what was going to be a fair price from the off). Dean came armed with extra bricks and took rubbish away. He even sourced copping stones and ran out to get an extra 2 for us because we liked what he chose so much. He also provided receipts for the purchases before even being asked. Lastly Dean really travelled far to do the work personally too, which was massively appreciated because as it wasn’t a big job at all. Would we used Dean again, yes absolutely and we definitely plan to again!
