Thank you for your review, you were very happy with the finished product and doors rubbing the carpet of which there were 2 were rehung after remedial action as agreed. You have an outstanding invoice for the work to window boards which was unfinished due to disagreement concerning what work was agreed, unagreed change of scope in work, loss of earnings due to job being cut short, comments made which made for an uncomfortable work environment and a breach of business ethics and trust in contacting my suppliers for prices and insinuating I had overcharged. Furthermore stating you would not pay and yet expecting me to return with the threat of non payment. No tradesman would agree to this. Window board work was not recommended but as you insisted I am in business to make money for my family and would be foolish to turn work away. Again you have an outstanding invoice for materials and work up until the point it ceased and my position is clear. Best wishes, Graeme
