Steve was very good, fast communication by phone and email and on mybuilder and removed some dangerous roof tiles free of charge when he came out to give the quote. I would ask him for another job if I had roof problems. I asked a different company to give me a quote and they just stood outside on the pavement looking at the roof, didn't even go up which I find a bit unprofessional. Steve and his team used a ladder and went up there to do a proper job. Took good pictures as well which I needed to show my neighbors to split the cost. Would recommend Steve and his team to anybody.

I was very pleased with the service from Steve. We had a roof that was leaking in 3 places and he responded to the job immediately and came to give a quote the following day. We are really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend him and his colleagues.

From the initial meeting to the time they completed the works Steve and his team were polite, courteous and well mannered. I would describe them as a traditional team with a pleasant attitude, approachable and diligent. The initial meeting and subsequent quote were all provided within a few days, the quote was detailed and competitive. They started and completed as agreed and even managed to fit in a small amount of extra works for me within the period. They were tidy and clean. One small worry was for their own personal safety when they worked occasionally without a harness or scaffold, so I was a little concerned. They were also unable to reach one small section of the roof due to limited access, apart from this the job went very well and I am happy with the works.
