Steve really knows his trade and his workmanship is second to none. He replaced my entire roof in Spanish slate, re-pointed the chimney stacks, rendered the parapet walls and leaded over a large lintel on the front wall. Steve is extremely thorough and every detail is spot on. He also did some outside decorating. Everything was properly prepared, paintwork burnt off where needed, rotten wood cut out and treated, all masonry stabilised before painting. It was really reassuring to see such care taken and it shows. I can't fault anything, its solid workmanship that came in on budget and looks outstanding.
Steve is also very easy to deal with. A great communicator, easy to talk to, always answered the phone or returned the call if he was busy. Replied to my texts and emails without fail. He took the time to properly survey the job when he came to quote and gave good honest advice. Clean, tidy and very respectful of my property throughout the job. So its 100% positive feedback from me along with so many others. A true professional and a credit to his trade.
