Not a single bad word to say - Firstly Steve turned up early and waited around whilst I was late with not a word of complaint. Then, not only did he fix the problem, he fixed something else that had gone wrong in the flat. Throughout the work he was polite, helpful, and most importantly effective as the most recent rain was succesfully repelled! Throw into the bargain a call the next day after the aforementioned rain to check the fix had worked with the offer to return immediately if it had not, and a final quote that came in UNDER the initial quote (despite the extra work), and you have one VERY satisfied customer here.
