Urgent electrical works for kitchen and bathroom
DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. He has the worst level of customer support and no accountability. Darren came to my house for an electrical job on the 1st of August and damaged my bath, by dropping an heavy item that cracked it. He also stood on the bath which made a crack on the tub. I have requested him over the last month when it came to my attention to utilise his insurance to fix the damage and he has flatly refused. His incompetence is costing me a bill of £1600 to replace a bath that he damaged. Do Not Hire him if you need a professional. He has also been reported to MyBuilder

You were happy with the work we completed and I can assure you no damage was done, we take damage to property very seriously. We have a excellent professional record and never had any damage to a customer’s property. This work was done months prior to this complaint and I no evidence of damage by us.
