We hired Danny to inspect and make our chimney safe. On inspection we discovered that the neighbour chimney stack was also missing so we had 2 ton of bricks resting in both our attics on rotting planks of wood! Danny also discovered our upstairs bay window wood was rotten and leaking, he took photos of it to show the terrible condition it was in. He returned a quote really quickly to remove the chimney, tile the hole the chimney would leave behind in the roof and replace the rotten wood and re-felt the bay window. This quote came out far less than we were expecting from research online for this kind of work. Our neighbours were happy for us to go ahead and remove our joint chimney so we went ahead and booked Danny. He started work 2 days later and the work, which was quoted as taking 2 days was finished in one full days work, returning the second day to clean up. We were very impressed with the work and Dannys approach and "no problem" manner. Any future building or roofing work that we need doing we will be calling Danny first.

Good communication, Danny was really helpful in ordering the liner. Arrived on time and Ronnie his assistant was also polite and friendly. Tidy and efficient, even tock their rubbish away, brilliant. Danny helpful with after advice, My burner is working, all good. Would highly recommend.

Danny did a very good job on the roof and chimney flashings. We were not helped by the great British summer and therefore the job took longer than initially planned. However Danny updated me as to when he would be able to carry out the work (this ended up being over a few days) and the final result is spot on.

Danny is a such precious find. He is extremely knowledgable and skilled, works hard and is very competitive. He always explained how he was going to address the problem and consulted with me when encountering problems, to discussed the options and advise on the best solutions. He has such a professional attitude and is so skilled that hiring him relieved us from the stress of our situation. He is also very relaxed and pleasant. I can't recommend him enough and he will be back soon to fit our wood burner stove. I have found my builder for life and that is a relief in itself

Good efficient job, and found a good solution to a tricky problem with a leaking flat roof. Kept me well informed and was helpful and polite throughout.

We hired Danny to install our multifuel stove, line the chimney and install chimney pots and cowls. He did a great job, both him and George were a joy to have and they worked efficiently and precisely. He gave us valuable advice about aftercare and using the stove as well and ensured that we were happy with all the work he had completed. An excellent job installing two light tunnels into a bathroom and landing. Danny and his co-worker worked incredibly hard with amazing results. Very friendly and kept me informed on every stage of the process. The finish and attention to detail is exemplary. Will definitely be using Danny again and can highly recommend him. Danny provided a reasonable quote for this work and along with George did a good job quickly. Cleaned up after the work and took away all debris. Thanks very much for a job well done. Luckily I had the day off and it didn't annoy me that he arrived late - could've been different on another day or another client. Nevertheless I'll definitely hire Danny & George again - will remind them to be on time though.
