    Leaking roof
    Danny identified the source of our leaking roof and also flagged a few other issues which he gave us a reasonable quote for fixing. There was a slight issue with the finish on a small area of roof he had painted, partly down to a misunderstanding on our part, and he came back to sort it out the next day at no extra cost which was appreciated. Would use Danny again and recommend.

    Water coming through ceiling

    Leaky roof
    Danny Read was great. He knew what he was doing and gave me a good quote. He also was understanding when I had to wait a while to get the go-ahead from my downstairs neighbours. The work he did was of a good standard and I have actually recommended him to my neighbours already. Would use him again if needs be.

    Repair guttering

    Very small job done quickly, but not particularly cheap.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Simon agreed to pay £50 to fit two new gutter clips to his guttering (Two storey high). After my site fees the cost of the clips,diesel and paying tax. Don't think I'll be retiring just yet. Thanks for the feedback.

    Lead work, replacing missing chimney caps, fixing and

    Danny and Ronnie did a great job sorting out our roof and guttering. They were friendly and professional and pleasant to have around. Highly recommended.

    Installing a sun tunnel
    Danny was great knew what he was doing discussed potential problems in advance gave a good estimate which he stuck to and arrived and finished on time. He installed two sun tunnels quickly and efficiently and they are just as he described.

    Damp

    Danny was great at getting back to me and arranging a visit. He assessed the job and was honest and up front. He came to do the job and gave valuable feedback and completed the job. He was friendly, polite and efficient. He gave honest advice about the roof and was really helpful. We will difinatly use Danny again for future work!

    Gutters need cleaning

    Chimmley breast

    I would like to thank Dan & Ron for a great job of removing Chimmley breast in bedroom . Plus out of loft & off roof . I was so please I didn,t have any mess in my house . Would have Dan back if I need any more work done ! 100 % for his work! Tracy
