Non draining / leaking shower basin to floor below.
Absolutely fantastic service. I had a stubborn blocked exterior drain that was backing up the toilet and sink. Carlton from Drain King identified the real issue, resolved it properly, and thoroughly tested everything. He came out on a Friday evening too, which was much appreciated.
I’d had two other plumbers look at it previously—they just plunged the system and claimed it was fixed, but the problem came straight back. I didn’t feel confident calling them again. Carlton was a different class—if you’ve got a drain issue, I’d 100% recommend him
