Mitchell was able to come and take a look next day, identify the issue as a broken back-flow prevention valve. He came up with an ingenious solution for a temporary fix, allowing time for the replacement part to be delivered and if needed Mitchell will return to fit at no extra charge. Call out fee was fair and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will call again when a plumber is needed!

Mitchell removed the old electric shower successfully. The wall was sealed well. He provided some beneficial advice for the future.

Mitch was exactly what I needed. An experienced plumber who knew his trade, fixed everything I asked of him (multiple bathroom jobs) and answered all my questions about what I needed for the future. Great Service and Reliable Work I’m really pleased with the job Mitch did. He installed my Waterdrop K6 system smoothly and fixed three toilet flush issues that had been bothering me for a while. He was responsive, turned up when he said he would, and was genuinely easy to deal with throughout. The price is on the higher side, but the quality of the work and the peace of mind made it worth it for me. I’d happily use his services again.

Mitchell was absolutely amazing. Turned up spot on time and not only did he complete the job he came to do with perfection he also helped us with another issue that another contractor had been out to do but failed and he did it with in seconds which then meant we had heating and hotwater again which with three young children is desperately needed so can not thank him or praise him enough even so we have asked him for a quote on two other jobs that we will be asking him to do. The best service we have ever recieved
