Mitch was great - identifed an issue with the boiler (was quite simple after all), fitted the correct part, bled and balanced the heating system. Clear communication throughout. Would recommend and use again

Competitive quote and attended next day to complete the work I had posted. Just before Mitch arrived I discovered that half of the work I had posted may not be necessary. I apologised to Mitch and made it clear that I still expected to pay his labour costs for that part of the job but Mitch wouldn’t hear of it. As it happened, while installing the hot water gate valve Mitch noticed that the mains stop cock wasn’t 100% efficient after all and fitted another. I was impressed by Mitch’s thought process, he tcompleted the works causing as little disruption as possible and ensured all was working correctly before leaving the workspaces clean and tidy. Will definitely be using Mitch’s services again when needed.

Mitchell was a super star *****. He's is very knowledgeable with his job. Very punctual and very polite. He arrived my home 30 minutes early, and waited patiently for me to turn up. Throughout the replacement, he kept the entire property very tidy. He kept me updated with all he was doing right till he completed the replacements. He had all the required tools and parts in his van. He replaced my boiler, expansion vessel and the RPV in no time. I could not believe what I saw. The pipework was very tidy. Most importantly, he was extremely completive with his pricing. I could not believe he would complete all that work at such a competitive price. I now enjoy good hot water at the right pressure throughout the flat. Wow! My best workman for the entire year. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you so so much Mitchell.
