Kevin helpfully telephoned me to make an appointment which, very conveniently, was the day following delivery of the replacement machine. I was impressed by his professionalism. He clearly knew what he was doing, unlike some others who professed to possess relevant experience in the past and did not do so. He was very personable and helpful overall.
