Incredibly helpful - as new homeowners, Daniel very kindly explained everything that needed doing. He took the time to look around to ensure he was offering us the right solution. He offered a really neat, non-invasive plan that solved our issues of blocked airbricks while leaving our front garden untouched. He also sorted out some other snags that were uncovered along the way. Tidy, efficient and conscientious, it was such a relief to find somebody we trusted to help us out, we'll definitely be in touch again!

Gave me a clear start date for work and text reminder when he was going to turn up. Wasn't at home while the work was happening but came back to it finished by the evening to a good standard and he had fully cleared up the area after him. Second time we've hired Don and his colleague and no regrets. Installed the French drains as discussed and improved the guttering on our roof, quality seems to be fine. He's knowledgeable and honest - owned up immediately to some accidental damage, apologised and reduced his price to cover it. Would hire again!
