Very Good Service, and happy with the work done. Replacement Shower was fitted. Replacement Supply line was installed for the toilet, and as a bonus a replacement ball valve was fitted. (this was dripping constantly for a while after fitting but corrected itself after a few weeks). I requested an investigation into an issue I had had with banging pipes when hot water was on. The problem was investigated and identified, and then repaired. This resolved a problem I had been experiencing for years and other plumbers had failed to be able to identify or fix.

Dan was the only one that replied to my request. He came to look at what I required, quoted & after I accepted, he started a little while later. He sorted out the initial problem before moving on to each section of the job. He has now finished the work which has left us pleased with everything he has done. He was polite, tidy in his work & got on with the job without starting at the crack of dawn. Will have no problem in recommending him in the future.

Arrived at the agreed time and carried out a thorough inspection of the problem and as he had the necessary equipment and supplies in his van he decided to take on the task and was finished within 15 minutes. The problem was resolved and although this should have been a visit to quote the task was completed and the cost quoted was acceptable. The whole process was quickly resolved in a professional and speedy manner.

Dan and team worked well to complete the job on time and to the required standards. Showed up when they said they would and were friendly and helpful to get everything done to our needs. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again 👍
