Dewi was excellent every step of the way. He removed a wall dividing our dining room and kitchen and removed the old kitchen. The work was completed very promptly which was much appreciated and was completed to a very high standard. I would recommend Dewi to anyone and will definitely be getting in touch with any future jobs.

Dmd construction, I found to be very good with communication with me, happy to offer ideas on my job and adjusted to my requirements. The price I have been very happy with & the work has been carried out on the time stated & as far as I can see (as I’m not at the property) I am pleased with the completed job and I hope Dewi will return to do some more garden work for me in the future.

Really pleased with the work Dewi has carried out, he is very knowledgeable and provided advice on the best way to approach a job which was much bigger than we initially thought. He turned up on time, kept me informed of progress and was clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again.

As well as being a fantastic and genuinely nice to know person Dewi showed great attention to detail and persisted till he was satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble. Ensured all waste was removed and area cleaned before leaving each night (even brought his own mop and bucket) and ensured waste disposed of in an ethical manner. Dewi removed an internal wall that was supporting both the floor above and the ceiling this required installing a supporting steel beam whilst ensuring expensive oak flooring and underfloor heating was not damaged. All was achieved with meticulous care and attention to detail. Arrived on time and ensured the job was completed ahead of schedule, we could not ask for anymore. Dewi also worked on my sister in laws house at the same time and she is also over the moon with job he has done. We will definitely be using his services again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Excellent job at a reasonable price. Dewi arrived when he said he would, did exactly as I requested and completed on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

really good find and Dewi kept he word on everything. Keep me informed of the progress of the job by email and if there where goiding to be issues then would inform me in advance. Deewi was more that happy to show me other jobs that he had done to confirm the quality of his work before he started on my job. really good and would recomend Dewi highly and inted to use him for future work.
