Dan has finished the job & we couldn't be more pleased with the work. It was a challenging floor screed & tiling project due to different levels between the existing kitchen & lounge floors and the new conservatory that they linked to. He identified this during his visit to price the work & explained how he would tackle this. Throughout the work both he & Gaz were tidy, very polite & a pleasure to have in the house. He discussed the "problems" but always had a solution that he discussed with us. He also modified some of the kitchen units at no extra cost to ensure the finish was right for him (& obviously us). We were so pleased we were happy to give him a thank you bonus. We will be using him again for our new patio & bedroom plastering & would highly recommend him.

Dan and his team completed our job for us this week. I'm really impressed - they did a great job and the quality of the work is outstanding - even though the job was quite tricky in places (some very tight corners and awkward angles). What's more Dan actually did more than we had expected and fixed some other problems that he came across that weren't in the spec. Brilliant and highly recommended.

Dan and his team are probably the best tradesmen that we have ever used. Dan made a special journey late in the evening to estimate our work, was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly and talked us through every aspect of the job and left us feeling reassured. Our estimate arrived promptly and was surprisingly cheap considering the scale of the work required. Once we had agreed a price he started on time and worked to our agreed timescales and specifications. We couldn't have asked for a nicer team of professionals, careful, cheerful and honest. The completed job was stunning and we feel that we should share our good fortune in finding someone like Dan and his guys to trust with our house. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

We needed our kitchen plastering as we had removed tiles etc ready for a new kitchen to be installed. Very, very pleased with the work Dan and his mate carried out. A really excellent job over and above what we were expecting. Dan is reliable, trustworthy and a really friendly polite chap a real professional. Unlike some other tradesmen he does what he says he will. We had so many who did not bother to call when they promised or did not turn up at all, but everything Dan said he would do he did. We are so glad we found him and will definitely use him again, he is a man of many skills. His work is brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks Dan Jan and Richard Brown
