We cannot recommend DM Refurbs enough. Not only was the job completed on time (weather permitting for exterior rendering) to our satisfaction and the neighbours admiration but along the way advice was given on pre-existing issues that were either discovered along the way or queried. This advice was acted upon and resolved issues that were prevalent for many years including aesthetic improvements. Most other contractors would not see that as their issue and would either ignore, cover or or simply skirt around the issue.
We would see Dan reviewing the job from street view on a daily basis, when asked what he was doing he revealed he was looking at it with a critical eye. On occasion decided he was not happy with something and would re-do it without being prompted. Wow!!
The snagging list was addressed to completion and Dan himself was fanatical about a clean-up campaign once the job was finished. Post job queries or questions were answered promptly, again some other contractors tend to disappear once paid.
If you want quality then engage this company. We would be happy to have Dan and his team back for any other jobs required.
